Product Details
According to GB12718, DIN22252 standards, and relevant industry standards.
Use
For use in power plant slag-handling systems, the slag-removal chains are available in two major series—T-class and E-class—with multiple grades to meet various application requirements, including high wear resistance, high abrasion resistance, and high strength under conditions requiring both exceptional wear resistance and robust performance. These chains comply with standards such as DIN 22252, DIN 764, and GB/T 12718.
Technical Specifications
T-grade and E-grade slag discharge chain breakage distribution
The operating conditions of slag-handling chains vary in actual use. We offer two major categories—T-grade and E-grade—each with distinct hardness distributions for slag-handling chains. Under different operating conditions, it is essential to select chains that meet the appropriate technical specifications.

Thanks to the exceptional toughness of the slag removal chain produced by Green, it boasts extremely high tensile strength. Meanwhile, its surface, after undergoing a special heat treatment process, exhibits outstanding wear resistance.
Generally, as the hardness layer increases, wear resistance also improves—but tensile strength tends to decrease accordingly. However, Green Technology experts have provided a specialized solution that enables chains to maintain exceptional tensile strength while exhibiting extremely high wear resistance. This unique combination ensures reliable operation of equipment, making it particularly well-suited for high-power, highly efficient bucket elevator and conveying systems.

The material contains Cr, CrN, or CrNiM alloys with high purity and fine grain size. During heat treatment, a carburizing process is employed to impart exceptionally high hardness—from the surface deep into the core of the chain—thereby achieving outstanding wear resistance.

T-grade slag removal chain
Use
For working environments with particularly high requirements for wear resistance.
The T-grade slag removal chains are categorized into the T40 series for MnV-series alloy steels and the T80 series for high-quality alloy steels of CrNiMo, based on alloy type. They are further classified into three levels—K4, K6, and K8—according to the depth of the effective hardening layer. Green employs a proprietary manufacturing process combined with specially optimized heat treatment technology, enabling these chains to withstand higher working loads and meet the diverse needs of a wide range of users.

During the operation of the slag removal chain, it is necessary to periodically inspect and analyze the chain and its related components for tensile strength, fatigue strength, hardness distribution, and wear resistance.
Tolerance of the slag discharge chain
1. The manufacturing tolerance for standard-length chains is +0.4% to -0.15%, meaning the maximum tolerance is 0.55%. (For a chain with a length of 10 meters, the maximum allowable tolerance is 55 millimeters.)
2. Tolerance for the length of paired chains: AX shall not exceed 0.05%, meaning that for two chains paired together with a length of 10 meters, the maximum tolerance is 5 millimeters.
When the length of the paired chain is less than 8 meters, the maximum pairing tolerance is 4 millimeters.
Slag discharge circular chain
According to GB12718, DIN22252 standards, and relevant industry standards.
Use
Suitable for working environments with moderate wear resistance requirements. The slag-discharging circular chains are classified into two series based on alloy type: the MnV series and high-quality alloy steel of the CrNiMo series. They are further divided into two strength grades—Grade B and Grade C—and a variety of specifications are available for customers to choose from.
