We have established a Nantong-level R&D center for high-strength chains, with a team of over 30 highly qualified technical professionals, including doctoral degree holders and senior engineers. Over the years, our company has obtained numerous invention patents in areas such as chain production equipment and process technologies. Product and System Certification:

The company is capable of manufacturing high-strength round-link chains ranging from φ14mm to φ80mm, compact chains, chain links, slag-discharge chains, lifting chains, and associated accessories such as scrapers. All mining products have obtained the National Coal Mine Safety Certification, making the company one of the most comprehensively certified enterprises in China for coal mine safety. The company consistently adheres to stringent quality control measures and has successfully achieved certifications including the ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and a 3A-level enterprise credit rating. Its products are widely used in various industries across China, including coal mining, power plants, metallurgy, shipbuilding, bridge construction, nuclear power, and national defense.

Advanced equipment:

As a major domestic and international manufacturer of high-strength chains, Green masters the core technologies currently used in chain production (holding dozens of invention patents) and is equipped with advanced production and testing equipment. The company has achieved full-process automation—from material preparation and heating to ring assembly, welding, deburring, heat treatment, and shot blasting—and implements comprehensive data tracking throughout the entire process, ensuring complete traceability. This lays a solid foundation for guaranteeing product quality.

The company is equipped with multiple sets of advanced imported production and testing equipment, boasting strong manufacturing and testing capabilities. It owns eight internationally advanced chain-link production lines and three imported medium-frequency heat treatment furnaces. Additionally, it has two 200T and two 400T German MRP tensile testing machines, three shot blasting machines, six vertical machining centers, as well as advanced inspection and testing equipment including imported 3D scanners, Oxford spectrometers, fatigue testing machines, metallographic microscopes, and Brinell hardness testers. Furthermore, the company has established the Jiangsu Green Machinery Co., Ltd. Testing Center in strict compliance with CNAS accreditation requirements.
