Mining high-tensile circular - ultra-flat chain

Ultra-flat chains are used for mining scrapers. Such chains are flatter than standard compact chains (flat chains). Ultra-flat chains enable existing conveyors' ordinary compact chains (flat chains) or circular-ring chains to be upgraded to one or two higher specifications of ultra-flat chains. For example, the height of the vertical ring of 42X146 ultra-flat chain is the same as that of 38X137 circular-ring chain and 34X126 circular-ring chain. In such a way, they can replace each other, and upgrading is realized.

The height of the vertical ring of ultra-flat chains is lower, which makes the initially tensed chains to be suspended between two scraper blades. In such a way, wear of the plate chain way at the bottom of the middle slot can be effectively reduced, and the service life of the middle slot can be prolonged.

The optimized structure of the vertical ring of ultra-flat chains can avoid and reduce twisting and knotting of chains piled up, and the contact area at the overlapping part of vertical rings is larger, which can significantly reduce the intensity of pressure and wear between rings and improve the wear resistance and service life of chains.
