According to DIN22259 standard
As regards the twin inboard chain system (central chain traction), Gelin Company configures an enhanced and symmetrical structure for the scraper conveyor and loader as well as the scraper blades that match the circular-ring chain or compact chain. Scraper blades are forged by Mingyue Steel. Due to its special heat treatment process, the impact toughness and other performance parameters of scraper blades can be guaranteed and can be higher than the requirement of DIN22259 standard. By using the proprietary scraper pressing plate patent technology as well as high-quality bolts and self-locking nuts, the service life of the whole system is prolonged effectively, and the connection looseness and slip risks of pressing plates of the system can be avoided.
