Mining high-tensile compact chain - flat chain

The mining compact chain can replace the same nominal diameter of circular-ring chains that are commonly used at present, without transformation of the original scraper conveyor.

Mining high-tensile compact chain - forged chain

The mining high-strength compact chains produced by Gelin can meet dimension and all the mechanical performance requirements of MT/T 929 and DIN 2225 standards as well as the standards formulated by engineering technicians of Gelin ( Q/GLLT48001-2012x Q/GLLT48002-2019).

Mining high-tensile circular - ultra-flat chain

Ultra-flat chains are used for mining scrapers. Such chains are flatter than standard compact chains (flat chains). Ultra-flat chains enable existing conveyors' ordinary compact chains (flat chains) or circular-ring chains to be upgraded to one or two higher specifications of ultra-flat chains. For example, the height of the vertical ring of 42X146 ultra-flat chain is the same as that of 38X137 circular-ring chain and 34X126 circular-ring chain. In such a way, they can replace each other, and upgrading is realized.

Narrow-gauge vehicle single-ring chain

They are used for connecting mining circular-ring chains and compact chains as well as other connection situations. Their unique shapes decide that they can only be used as flat rings in transverse operation.

Narrow-gauge vehicle three-ring chain

The material of the connecting ring should be high-quality carbon structural steel or low-carbon alloy steel, and the steel should be killed steel

Assembly of twin inboard chain

These products are widely used in mining, thermal power, agriculture, metallurgy and other industries that use scraper conveyors. According to the relevant technical requirements and according to the customer's choice, in various chain assemblies, the mechanical properties, dimensions and the size of the chains used in the chain assembly of ordinary circular chain, compact chain, slag chain or wear-resistant circular chain can be installed. Technical parameters can be referenced according to these chain performance catalogs.

Assembly of twin side chain

The double-chain assembly kit used for the scraper of the EBZ260A cantilever type roadheader is the most commonly produced 22X86-7C with a length of 602 mm. According to GB/T12718 and DIN22252 standards, it is specially equipped with a C-class circular ring chain. Equipped with wear-resistant scrapers, the matching length of the chain can also be freely selected by customers according to their needs.
