The mining high-strength compact chains produced by Gelin can meet dimension and all the mechanical performance requirements of MT/T 929 and DIN 2225 standards as well as the standards formulated by engineering technicians of Gelin ( Q/GLLT48001-2012x Q/GLLT48002-2019).
Scope of application
The mining high-strength compact chains produced by Gelin are mainly applied to coal mine scraper conveyors, loaders and coal plough.
Characteristics
The forged chain is the vertical ring of compact chains made by using non-welding molding and die forging molding, while flat rings of chains are still circle rings made through welding. Through research on the design and forging process of the structure of vertical rings of compact chains, engineering technicians of Gelin have determined the vertical ring forging molding method, that is, premium alloy materials are adopted, thermal preservation is conducted after medium-frequency induction heating to reach the suitable forging temperature, vertical ring forging molds, punching trimming and other compound forging molds are used in forging of vertical rings, and then the organizational structure of forged vertical rings is optimized through appropriate heat treatment. Internal flaws of forged vertical rings are detected with ultrasonic testing equipment to ensure the premium quality of each product.
Forged chains are manufactured elaborately by Gelin people with premium alloy materials, advanced forging equipment and technology as well as heat treatment technology. Such chains are characterized by high strength, high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance. Various models of forged chains produced by Gelin (26*92, 60*189) have been launched onto the market for years. The quality of forged chains of Gelin has been highly recognized by users.
